Brennen Reeves

Adjunct Lecturer



Brennen Reeves received a B.A in Theatre from the College of Charleston in 2014. As a student at CofC, Brennen appeared in Letters to SalaThe Love of the Nightingale, and Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead. He also appeared in a few Center Stage shows as a student, which is where he also co-directed This is Our Youth. As a College of Charleston student, Brennen and other CofC Theatre majors created a sketch comedy troupe called Tiny Shorts Comedy!- who performed locally.
Over the least few years, Brennen has been on tour with his one man show, Breathe., created at CofC. Breathe., was named among the top 5 shows at Piccolo Spoleto in 2015, while also being featured on NPR. As a student, Brennen was a Clarence Award recipient and was rewarded with the Seltzer Prize as a graduating senior.

Brennen is currently enrolled and is finishing up his MFA from Queens University in Charlotte with an emphasis in Playwriting/Screenwriting with a secondary emphasis in nonfiction.
